Liability Disclaimer
OCTheatrical LTD (hereinafter referred to as "OCT") assumes no liability for any actions resulting from the use of drawings produced, regardless of the cause.Nature of Drawings
All drawings provided by OCT are intended as visual concepts and/or construction suggestions only. OCT does not possess the qualifications to determine the structural suitability of any design. Consequently, OCT will not be held responsible for any improper engineering, construction, rigging, handling, or use of objects depicted in the drawings. It is the client's responsibility to seek appropriate structural advice as needed.Measurement Units
Unless otherwise specified or requested, all drawings produced by OCT will use millimetres (mm) as the unit of measurement.Format and Delivery
Drawings will be delivered in digital format and/or print, as confirmed and agreed upon with the client. Additional charges may apply for other formats.Error Accountability
OCT cannot be held financially accountable for any errors that are not detected during the review process or upon submission to the client.Document Retention and Confidentiality
OCT will retain all produced documents for archival purposes. No information will be shared without the client's permission or direction, in accordance with OCT's standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or any NDA held with the client.Payment Terms
Clients are required to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the project contract. Invoices will be issued upon completion of specific project milestones or as otherwise specified.Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments will incur a 5% Charge plus additional fees.
OCT reserves the right to suspend work or withhold deliverables until payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their project with OCT by providing written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation. OCT reserves the right to cancel the project at any time, with appropriate notice and refund of any unearned fees.Intellectual Property Rights
All drawings and documents produced by OCT remain the intellectual property of OCT until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the drawings and documents for the intended purpose. OCT retains the right to use any produced drawings and documents for promotional and portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Standard Tolerances
OCTheatrical LTD (hereinafter referred to as "OCT") maintains a standard tolerance of ±1% for FDM printing and ±0.5% for SLA printing. These tolerances are subject to the limitations of the respective printing technologies.Payment Terms
Orders shall be subject to a deposit as stated in the payment terms and conditions. Clients are required to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the project contract. Invoices will be issued upon completion of specific project milestones or as otherwise specified. Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed in writing.OCT will provide an order confirmation detailing the specifications, costs, and estimated delivery time. Any changes to the order must be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

OCT does not possess the qualifications to determine the structural suitability of any design. Consequently, OCT will not be held responsible for any improper engineering, construction, rigging, handling, or use of objects printed.Quality Assurance
OCT strives to ensure the highest quality in all printed objects. However, due to the nature of 3D printing, minor imperfections may occur. Clients are encouraged to review the printed objects upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days.Confidentiality

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current workload. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size and weight of the printed objects and the destination. OCT is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
